Gambloria Responsible Gambling

Gambling is entertainment. It works best when it stays that way, and this page sets out the specific tools we offer, the external organisations you can contact, and how to reach us directly. Gambloria operates under licence number ALSI-182407008-FI1, issued by the Anjouan gaming authority to Eventa Digital Limitada.

Our commitment

Gambloria holds a single active licence from the Anjouan, Union of Comoros authority, covering casino, live casino, and sportsbook. Our responsible gambling obligations sit within that licence framework. If gambling stops being enjoyable, the tools and contacts on this page are here to help you act on that.

Tools available

You can set and manage the following limits directly from the Gambling Limits section of your account:

  • Deposit limits: daily, weekly, and monthly caps on how much you can deposit
  • Loss limits: a ceiling on losses over a set period
  • Cool-off periods: a short break from play without closing your account
  • Self-exclusion: closes and blocks your account immediately upon request

Deposit limits take effect as soon as you set them. Increases to an existing limit are not applied instantly and require a cooling-off period before they come into force. Self-exclusion can be initiated by you directly in the account settings and takes effect immediately, closing the account and blocking play on it. One important note: deposit limits do not apply to cryptocurrency payments. If you want a hard cap on deposits, use a non-crypto funding method.

Your transaction and game history is available in the History section of your account, filtered by date and transaction type, so you can review your activity at any point.

Signs to watch for

These patterns can indicate that gambling has moved outside its intended boundaries:

  • Chasing losses by placing further bets to recover money already lost
  • Spending more time or money gambling than you planned
  • Gambling affecting time with family, friends, or work
  • Borrowing money or using funds set aside for other purposes to gamble
  • Feeling irritable or restless when not gambling
  • Keeping your gambling activity hidden from people close to you

Where to get help

Several organisations offer free, confidential support. None of them require you to be in crisis to get in touch.

Players must be at least 18 years of age to gamble. If you need support with responsible gambling, contact the resources above.

Contact us

To request self-exclusion, ask about your limits, or close your account, contact our support team at [email protected] or via the live chat widget on site, both available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately once confirmed. If you write to us requesting account closure, we will process the request and return any remaining balance to you.
